Called to Win

The message of Zechariah 1:15-2:5 is
God is calling artists into a battle.

And if God
calls you into a battle
God calls you to win.

What are the artisans that God raised up
and showed Zechariah
called to do?

It says that the artisans
struck terror
in the hearts of the oppressors.

We Kingdom Warrior Artists
are called to strike terror in the hearts of terrorists.

How?
By being fully alive and fully human.
We strike terror by abiding in Jesus
and knowing that he lives in us.
We strike terror through clear eyes.
We strike terror through becoming more and more whole.

We strike terror
through being excellent at our craft,
learning something new and getting better
every day.

We strike terror
by having personal encounters
with Jesus, the Icon of the Father
and being transformed by the beauty of holiness.

We strike terror by revealing
the Kingdom on earth
through what we create.

We bring the light and color
the sounds and vibrations
and the atmosphere of heaven
into the places the world has said
God may not enter.

We bring terror
by being free.

It is for freedom that Christ has set you free.
Freedom will cost you everything
and "freedom requires eternal vigilance."
But nothing scares
tyrants
and monsters
more
than a free imagination.

A free imagination
is a very dangerous thing.

Since 2006 I have been following God's call to do this.
It has been more dramatic than I expected,
because the arts are where the battle rages.

We are looking for warriors
who are serious about becoming disciples
and making a way for the coming of the Lord.

With God
all things
are
possible.
