Repent

Thank you for your prayers.

This is the last week in this series on witchcraft in the church.

A lot of stuff in the arts and entertainment world
is about manipulating others,
getting ahead,
and staying on top.
Let's face it,
if you don't promote sexual immorality,
marxism,
or child murder,
you have a hard time getting traction in the arts today.
A lot of Christians try to play the game now
in order to have influence in the future.
It never works.

Witchcraft is a spiritual game.
You cannot overcome it
by using the same methods.
The only thing that will give you power over witchcraft
is humbling yourself.
Choosing voluntary weakness.
Fasting.
Submitting yourself to God and godly leadership.
Prayer.

The most powerful thing you can do
is repent:
turn to God,
and change your thinking.
The way the world says you get ahead
is through
pushing to the front
and winning over your enemies.
Jesus said,
lay down your life for others,
love others,
pray for those who persecute you,
and bless.

Every day I ask God to show me
everything the enemy doesn't want me to see.

I see a lot of stuff.

You would not believe how many times
God has exposed some person
hovering around the edge of our community
lying and deceiving others in order to get power over me and
destroy Belonging House.
And God gives me wisdom.

And yes,
there are witches and satanists around
and yes,
they are continually after me and our community.

But if you are wise,
and you go low
and you humble yourself
and fast and pray
and be kind
and loving,
God will fight for you.

We do live in an age of
narcissism,
witchcraft,
and worldly thinking.

Jesus said,
Let not your hearts be troubled.
I have overcome the world.
And our faith in him
is what overcomes the world.
Turn to God
and trust in him.
All will be well.
