I'm mostly taking this week off.
I didn't know how tired I was until I stopped moving.
In returning and rest you will be saved.
Sometimes God pulls you aside because you need a reset.


In forty days
Gather Us In
will be happening in Kingston, NH.

I have been asked to bring our community together,
and this will be the first international gathering
of Belonging House.
It is also happening on
the last day of Sukkot,
a festival that is a symbol of
the ingathering of the nations
to dwell with the Father
forever.

I was going to have a conference.
You know,
with a speaker,
and a band,
and stuff.

Honestly,
I think the conference days are over,
and God wants to do something completely different.

Circumstances
and feedback from our community
made it clear
that we are not having a conference.
This community is not passive,
and very few of you will sit still for a sermon.
I received a lot of input on what folks
wanted to see and do.

Yes,
I will be teaching on healing,
unlocking creativity,
and discipleship.
But the teaching is taking a back seat
to the ones who will be there.
This is a time to meet face to face.
There will be artists and performers sharing their gifts.
There will be lots of opportunities to interact,
receive impartation,
and prayer.

This is about being present.

A few years ago the Lord said he wanted
to return the human voice to the church.
So there will be no band.
There will be no screens (yep, leave your phone behind).
There will be time to talk,
and eat,
and pray.

It will be a time for the theatre people to connect,
and the writers to connect,
and the painters to connect,
and the friends who have never seen each other in flesh
to connect.

And of course,
we will be having one of those "fabulous dinner parties"
that made us famous in the first place.

It will be something completely different.

Right now we have forty confirmed,
and six nations outside the US represented.
